BoomTime links into SouthBank Tri Club

BoomTime is very pleased to be able to supply the Cycle Coaching content to the fantastic SouthBank Tri Club. Unique in its creation, the club is set up in a not-for-profit fashion however still delivers high end coaching from Swimming, Cycling and Running. BoomTime is able to provide a race based environment for "Southies" on Wednesday morning for TT and race tuning. We also offer 2 brick sessions per week so you as triathletes are able to really hone and polish your skillsets when it comes to your beautiful Sport. BoomTime is motivated to create an efficient, safe and faster rider from Novice to Elite, Men and Women. Our time proven system will have you not only faster on the bike but more effecient allowing you to positively impact your Run times.

BoomTime, through its professional associations is motivated to provide all of SouthBank Tri club members access to all of the types of equipment you will ever need or want as a part of your triathlon career as well as providing high level expertise in regards to your training. We are super excited to be able to provide maintenance workshops, access to race wheels and continue to supply weekly supplements to SouthBank Tri Club newsletters. We are also available to members who have their own queries at coach@boomtime.it

We are also very pleased to be able to invite you to our BoomTime Social- a ride we conduct on Monday and Friday of every week. We leave from the Garage Cafe at 515 and return for great coffee and conversation- these rides average around 26km/h

 
What time is it?

ChristoBoomTime is for those wanting to realise their full potential for Cycling and Triathlon, both recreationally and for performance.

Blessed by the natural beauty of South East Queensland, we encourage social, racing and corporate athletes. Across ALL levels we offer an inclusive and uplifting coached environment that will bolster and build your strength whilst being amongst like minded, driven and motivated people

We offer group and personalised, unique to the individual programs, that will assist in you realising your fitness goals in a safe and social environment.

BoomTime members and the broader Cycling community are welcome to join our social ride, 515am, South Bank Garage Cafe every Monday and Friday through out the year.

We have professional associations with fitness leaders, specialist equipment suppliers. We have access to bench mark mechanical skills and are available for by appointment servicing and bikefitting all aimed at assisting and nuturing you toward your Cycling and Triathlon goals.

We facilitate corporate team building workshops aimed at optimising employee engagement, promoting and implementing health and wellness programs within Corporate environments. BoomTime staff consist of qualified personal trainers and cycling/ triathlon coaches motivated to create enjoyable, memorable and rewarding programs to assist in developing a positive work/life balance.

BoomTime also accommodates for the racing fraternity. Every Saturday we organise the “Boomers” at local club events in and around the great city of Brisbane. We have Women and Men that compete from C grade all the way through to Open Elite. Typically we race and follow up with the ceremonial coffee at one of the fantastic cafe’s that exist in magnificent SouthBank.

Cycling is in its nature a risky activity so ALL of our activities carry with it an assumption of risk and as such BoomTime Cycle Systems Pty Ltd communicates to all that participation is at your own risk.
