Memberships to BoomTime are now available! The memberships are designed to add value to your BoomTime experience. They offer you "first looks" into specials, promotions and other fantastic BoomTime functions. The first 50 members get a bonus 2 months worth of membership!! Act now
Along with the memberships, we have now launched our Session cards. These cards make training with BoomTime easier and more convenient. You simply purchase the cards in advance and then you're eligible for any of the sessions. The Coach just "clips" the card and Boom, you are away.

BoomTime is very pleased to be able to supply the Cycle Coaching content to the fantastic SouthBank Tri Club. Unique in its creation, the club is set up in a not-for-profit fashion however still delivers high end coaching from Swimming, Cycling and Running. BoomTime is able to provide a race based environment for "Southies" on Wednesday morning for TT and race tuning. Check out the calendar HERE for all our sessions
BoomTime is motivated to create an efficient, safe and faster rider from Novice to Elite, Men and Women. Our time proven system will have you not only faster on the bike but more effecient allowing you to positively impact your Run times.
BoomTime, through its professional associations is motivated to provide all of SouthBank Tri club members access to all of the types of equipment you will ever need or want as a part of your triathlon career as well as providing high level expertise in regards to your training. We are super excited to be able to provide maintenance and beginners workshops and continue to supply weekly supplements to SouthBank Tri Club newsletters. We are also available to members who have their own queries at coach@boomtime.it
We are also very pleased to be able to invite you to our BoomTime Social- a ride we conduct on Friday of every week. We leave from My Sweetopia Cafe at 515 and return for great coffee and conversation- these rides average around 26km/h

The Corso Power Plus session is an all inclusive morning workout. Held on a looped circuit ensuring you will always have access to the coach and the group, this session is aimed at developing your power and overall aerobic ability.

The bike session component for the Cyclist / Triathlete in the group is a high energy, high intensity interval based set aimed at “sharpening ” your aerobic / anaerobic performance. This set takes many forms however is typically formatted in 5 lap tt, with a sprint for 300m you are given a 1 minute rest then you begin again.
